Cancellation + Return Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected events can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and the best service for all clients, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:

  • A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within the 48-hour window will incur an $80 fee.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We may make exceptions in cases of extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to serving you!

RETURN POLICY 

​

At SDTMB, we do not offer returns on prepaid services. However, if you are unable to use a scheduled service, we are happy to provide an in-store credit for future use, provided we are notified within 48 hours of your appointment.
