Cancellation + Return Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected events can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and the best service for all clients, SD Therapy Massage & Bodywork has established the following policy:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing illness-related symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible. In these cases, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances, at our discretion.

RETURN POLICY
At SDTMB, we do not offer returns on prepaid services. However, if you are unable to use a scheduled service, we are happy to provide an in-store credit for future use, provided we are notified within 48 hours of your appointment.
