Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the time reserved for each appointment, SD Therapy Massage + Bodywork has the following policies:

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing illness-related symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible. In these cases, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
We understand that delays happen. Communication is key. If you're running late or an unexpected situation comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that your appointment can still be accommodated, we'll do our best to determine the best course of action.

First-Time Client No-Show Policy

Your first appointment helps establish our working relationship and reserves valuable time that could have been offered to another client.

If you no-show your first appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late without sufficient communication, we will be unable to reschedule future appointments.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Exceptions may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances at the discretion of SD Therapy Massage + Bodywork.

Prepaid Services & Return Policy

Prepaid services are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment and provide at least 48 hours' notice, the value of your prepaid service will remain as an in-office credit for future use.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the Cancellation Policy above.
